What we do
We are an alliance of advocacy organizations that promote sound public public regarding mental health and substance use disorder. We are located in Texas and our members include medical organizations, provider groups, think tanks, and family/client assistance organizations. Our goal is to encourage policymakers to improve access to mental health care and substance abuse treatment.

The target audience
Primarily, our focus will be lawmakers, bureaucrats, and policymakers working in Texas. Our member organizations want to speak with one voice on matters of policy, and the Texas Coalition for Healthy Minds will use this logo on mail, email, letterhead and website for communications purposes.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Green is the color for mental health awareness, so that should be the primary color. No more than 2 colors, please. A ribbon is often used to promote increased awareness, so that is fine too, but not required. During mental health awareness day, we may want to piggyback off the design with a ribbon/button/bracelet that could be worn to show support for mental health. A clean, modern design is preferred.
