MLSs are usually non-profit organizations owned by or operated on behalf of the real estate brokers in a market; they are usually led by paid professional staff, but have boards of directors made up of volunteers (usually real estate brokers).

MLSs are NOT real estate brokerage firms, but rather they provide information technology and data processing services to brokers.

The target audience members are:
(a) CEOs of real estate multiple listing services
(b) real estate brokers who are volunteer leaders on the boards of directors of MLSs

We expect the design may focus on the letters of the new top-level domain: "MLS".

As for fonts, color, style - they should look clean and modern. Technology feel, with some futuristic qualities, would be good; could be abstract design. Keywords: quality, technology, future, exclusivity, optimism.

Should be adaptable to stationary and business cards, as well as for website buttons, and banners. Professionals are target audience.

We would like the logo to look good on a light-colored or black background. We’d like two versions: one for use on web site, word proc'd docs and PowerPoint presentations, etc.; the other for use as a Blavatar or badge or ‘profile photo’ on web sites, etc. The latter version should be square.

Don't include houses - MLSs are not real estate brokers.
