What we do
Hotsauce may be whacky name compared to other companies in this region, but since our starting market is Saudi Arabia which is a conservative country, we need to keep the logo simple and formal (so we can't use chilies and hotsauce splatters) it's a thin line between modern design and a conservative market.
Our target clients are high end and corporate, so we do work for large office firms, 5-star hotels and restaurants, etc.

The target audience
The Middle Eastern Market, predominantly Saudi and the UAE. Because this is the case it's important that the logo be understood through a simple design in both English and Arabic.
The main clients we would target are High-End Corporate (HP Computers, Emirates Airlines, Saudi Telecom Company, etc.) and Hospitality (5-star hotels, restaurants, etc.).
Our client meetings are usually formal office presentations dealing with top management, suit and tie, etc.
We like these fonts, colors and style
A personal favorite of ours is the use of the colors red and sliver.
The font shouldn't be anything too whacky.
A design mix of English and Arabic styles could be a bonus.
But we're open to any styles and colors.
Most important of all, even though most of are clients can speak english, the logo may be shown to people who's first language might not be english, so it needs to be memorable even to someone who might not know the language.
