What we do
An online web application that allows users to view and interact with their monthly work schedule (trade shifts, view shift statistics, etc.). The app will also be used to create the monthly work schedules.
Industry: Miscellaneous
Things to communicate through the design
1. high tech
2. sleek
3. innovative
The target audience
This will initially be used by ER physicians but will hopefully be utilized by other physician sub-specialties, nurses, and then other industries that live by a monthly schedule. The users of this app will likely be highly educated, highly compensated professionals (physicians, nurses, etc.). Users are between 28-55. Because this app will involve other industries outside of health care, I don't want any health care related images in it.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I would like an image of a little calendar with multiple shifts each day and highlighted names scattered throughout the month. I know a lot of the details will be lost in such a small image and that's OK. I am a huge fan of the detail and look of the icons on a mac. I also like the shadowing/reflection under the font. I like 3D type images when possible. I would appreciate something in the logo that represents "movement or interaction". I also like gradient colors and aero glass effects. I would like some sort of medium/dark red at the top of the calendar with fluorescent chartreuse highlights on the dates, suggesting someones highlighted schedule. Probably black font; crisp, clean, and professional. I'm open to another color scheme; that's just what I envisioned as of now. I wish I could upload a sample schedule as an example of what I'm describing!

I know most of the details will be lost because the image will be much smaller, but I'm interested in an image that resembles or suggests this layout. Thanks!
