What we do
We are a Christian publishing and multimedia company (Group Publishing) launching “Lifetree Family”--a dynamic consumer brand for the “everyday” family looking for “everyday” natural ways to grow closer to God and each other. Our goal is to create a disruptive presence in the current Christian resource market with a radically simple, powerfully relational and authentic brand “movement” that engages people’s heads and hearts with an inclusive, non-threatening, message of love. We want to inspire families to nurture faith in God in simple, practical ways because they are loved—not because of guilt. Our mission: Help families of all shapes and sizes grow in relationship with Jesus and each other.

The target audience
Millenial generation parents (moms and dads who are 25-35) as well as parents in their 30's-40's. People w/ kids ages 0-18. Parents who probably describe themselves as Christian, but are not the churchy/perfect/judgemental folks. People who are compassionate, gratitude-focused, globally and kingdom-minded and looking to build a strong family with close relationships and deep, meaningful conversations and connections to God, each other and the world. They care about social justice, relationships and are educated and middle class income. They might or might not go to church, but are searching for deeper life-meaning and significance and to make themselves and the world better. Our values include "authenticity" "fearless conversation" "genuine humilty" "gratitude" "love"
We like these fonts, colors and style
We are looking for a thought-provoking, yet clean, simple classic image that probably includes a tree. Should have "Lifetree Family" in it, and possibly the tagline. It should not be too juvenile or feminine, or too new-agey. We really like the concept of a large tree with a tire-swing. Something classic and timeless and natural. We also like some super-subliminal elements such as leaves that could be somewhat heart shaped, and maybe the veins in leaves or tree bark that softly resemble a cross--but not too obvious. We also like conversation bubbles as a concept for the tree canopy--that was our original logo (attached --the black conversation bubbles)

UPDATE:
We like more of the realistic tree.
We like a tire swing element.
We also want something that would be strong in 1 single color if needed--something that's strong as a silhouette.
It's also ok if the tree is incorporated into the text "Lifetree Family"
No pastels or muliti-colors.
We prefer a "natural" or casual font that looks more playful, or "handwriting style." We would like to see the font be part of the logo identity if possible. Some Google fonts we like are: Pacifico, Organo, Covered by your grace; shadows into light; architects daughter; cabin sketch; Love ya like a sister, cabin condensed, Yanone Kaffeesatz; combo
