A new start up company. We do residential and commercial property inspections. Most buyers of a home hire businesses like us to walk through and inspect the house prior to closing on the contract.

The target audience
Our biggest audience is new home buyers and realtors. Most of our business will be generated from our website and direct referral from realtors. Our business is unique in that most clients hire us before we ever meet them. Our logo needs to make them feel at ease with their decision. This logo will be used for company hats, shirts, truck signs and stationary.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I am open to color options though I favor earth tones, brown and black. Orange is the predominant color around here but it isn't a top choice for me. I operate in East Tennessee but may expand to middle Tennessee in the future. People around here are very proud to be from here and usually hire locals. Designs with the State outline in it could be more to my liking because it would communicate our operating area.
