We don't have a physical studio location, on-location only, (please keep this in mind while coming up with designs).

We like these fonts, colors and style
The term "darkbox" stands for a camera. Since the text is not very self explanatory, we would like our logo to speak to our clients. We are open to creative interpretations. The logo will be used as a watermark on images posted online - please keep this in mind as you design a logo.
Color possibilities: prefer not to have black backgrounds but we are open to all possibilities.
Should be: clean & simple, no clip art please.
Font: must be easy to read.
Our logo will be used for social media twitter, Facebook page, Google+, flickr and other social media so we need something that we could use on the square and circle placement options thats provided by these services.
Our logo will be used for business cards, website, Facebook page, invoices, photographs [watermark], banners, signs, and general web advertisement
Even though we have some specifications, we are totally Open to ideas if you've got something to surprise us with.

We have extended the contest just a little bit longer to open up this space for every inch of creativity you guys have. Disregard every criteria we have put forth so far[at-least for this final round], let your creativity flow. We'd like to see all shapes and forms of design. Just remember it has to look nice & visible enough on the small place holders on social media's and that it will be used as a branding stamp on images which will have different colors on it, we dont want the logo to disappear when placed on a image because it has a similar color as the logo. Other than that, dont let anything hold your personal creativity down. we are wide open to what you have to offer. Square shaped design, circular, horizontal... we are open to anything, go for it all.
What we ideally want to achieve is that people get used to a distinctive & unique design[logo] that they automatically associate that symbol with our business.
We also have attached a file which shows some colours we like, do not let this limit your creativity.
