What we do
Hi!
We are a boutique management consulting firm. We used logomyway about three years ago or so to get our company logo designed, and we are extremely happy with the outcome (firstprinciplesconsulting.com).
What we'd like to do now is to get a logo developed for a product (a service, actually). It's called STARR (which stands for Strategy, Tactics, Actions, Reviews, Results) and is a process to develop the company strategy, the required tactical plans to implement them, which are then broken down into manageable actions and a special review process and the entire system delivers the desired results.

Things to communicate through the design
1. It's a well proven process, there's no magic or mysticism
2. It will work in every organisation; it consists of a basic structure but will be customised to the client's requriements
3. It's professional, repeatable and works every time
The target audience
This is a pure business-to-business product/service; our clients tend to be in the resource sector (mining) but this is circumstantial and the process will work in any medium to large enterprise (minimum organisation size is probably 50 people).
