One idea is a self contained icon featuring a futuristic robot cam and similar futuristic font for the text. I like black with a flash of strong colour. I like detail. I would like the logo to sit on a dark background such as black or grey, maybe with a glow, smoke or mist effect separating the background and icon.

I would like the icon of a camcorder to look like a futuristic Sony EX3 pro dv camera. I would also prefer a font with some detail.
OR ANOTHER IDEA - WE COULD TRY INCORPORATING A CLASSIC OLD MOVIE CAMERA INTO THE LOGO?!
THE FILM MAGS LOOK LIKE BIG EARS!!! HOW ABOUT A MODERN VIDEO CAMCORDER?!
