We like these fonts, colors and style

Company shirts will be royal blue color so I would like that color included.
My main audience will be 2 small towns on each side of a river. River concept would be nice if it could be incorporated in the logo but not a must.

A carpet cleaning wand could be included as well.

By wand I mean the steam cleaning tool sort of like a vacuum cleaner.
