Be bold, out of the box. Please don't simply center your design around the "M" and "W". The name needs to be spelled out but I also want a representation of the purpose. Think of things related to victory, winning, achieving, success, working together, striving, positive, uplifting, drive, motivation....
Remember this is directed to individuals who want to achieve something in their lives. it has to be inspirational. This is not a formal business application so it doesn't need to a traditional formal business design.
