Emphasis Recruiting Group LLC is an executive search firm specializing in the placement of top candidates within the Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Corporate Development markets globally. The Emphasis mission is to intimately understand both client and candidate requirements and provide personalized services that exceed expectations. The target audience
Our target audience most often includes the top 10% of candidates within their respective fields and industry focus areas around the globe. Many are Ivy League educated with advanced degrees from the top business schools in the US. as well as abroad. While we do staff people of all ages, the majority are within 20-40 years of age. Income level is $100k to $5M. 90% of our target audience has a finance background, and most begin their career track through an investment banking program in New York or other major financial hub in the U.S., London, or Asia.
