Clean lines, modern technological feel, transparent background for use on against all colors. Open to only a logo with no letters, maybe relative to the V in Vertex. May also include the full title Vertex Latin America.

Some logos from the Marketplace were added to help understand the feeling we are looking for.
Please remember that most shadows in a transparent-background .gif will not work well on all color backgrounds! 3D icons and logos are great, but don't include ground shadows!
AS OF 1/22, PLEASE PLACE YOUR LOGO DESIGN ON THE BACKGROUND COLOR RGB 247, 247, 237
To be clear - the logo contest is to be on the specific RGB color, however the final design needs to be on transparent background with clearly defined edge lines and no ground shadows on the design.
Has ANYONE bothered to look up the definition of VEREX??? It is not a tornado, circle, vortex, etc. It is the peak of a mountain. Come on people - put in a little work for the reward!
