The name doesn't have to be capitalized. Thinking maybe it will look cleaner in all lower-case...
Love the DogVacay logo - and would love something similar without copying it.
Please keep in mind that the target group is adult dog owners and not kids.
I have added an additional picture with more dog logos that I like, and the style that I'm going for.
FONT: NO arial font, keep it modern.
LOGOMARK: A simple icon, either on top of the font, beside it, or as an extension to the font.
COLORS: Don't worry too much about colors at this stage, as that can be picked later.
