What we do
We guide students (and their parents) through the college search and selection process. Our mission is to inspire students of diverse backgrounds to discover their unique talents and interests; chart a course that aligns with their spirit; and to successfully take the necessary steps along that path. Our goal is to simplify and demystify the process and enable a joyful journey.

The target audience
High school students ages 14-18 and their parents. Parents will be highly educated, career-oriented professionals in their 40's-50's. Diversity of backgrounds, but many will be living in Silicon Valley.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like a clean, simple, modern style. We selected the company name Compass Rose in part because of the directional/path connotation; but also because we like the yin-yang symbolism of the compass (technology/masculinity) and rose (nature/femininity). One brainstormed idea we had was to use Chinese brush strokes in the logo in some way, but this is just an idea, not a must. Don't feel like you must include a compass in the logo . . . feel free to use your imagination.
