Wheelchair Homes will be a website (www.wheelchairhomes.us) for people to find information on strategies, services and products that can make finding or renovating a home that is wheelchair accessible. Despite the overwhelming number of websites listing homes and apartments that are for sale or rent, there's no resource that provides this service AND which includes information regarding wheelchair accessibility. There are special considerations for wheelchair accessible homes, including a level entryway, wide doors and hallways, roll-in shower stall, among others.
