What we do
Embers is a restaurant and wine bar that offers upscale grilled entrees such as crushed peppercorn NY strip, Filet mignon, choice ribeye, ahi tuna, mahi mahi, scallops, blackened chicken, etc... We will also have a decent selection of craft beers on draft and a wine list (featuring at least one wine in each category from the texas hill country). we will also be having brunches on the weekends. we also will want to have wine tastings and classes eventually

An ember is a glowing fragment from a fire. Embers can glow very hot, sometimes as hot as the fire which created them. They are often used for cooking. Can also mean the smoldering remains of a fire.
