The target audience
Married professionals 40 -65 with solid incomes and able to buy a luxury home. We often work with senior executives and military brass that are transferring into the area.
These are people who play golf, attend plays, and dine out often.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We would like to see offerings in Dark blue - Dark Red stay away from gray and yellows - We are looking for a more horizontal logo with mark on one side and text beside it. The focus will be on Tampa Realty Now Team with the other text much smaller and easily removable .
We would like a stylized line drawing of the Minaret(s) from the University of Tampa - see attached images. It may be combined with a single palm - see image attached. See regency logo for concept of one way to do Minarets - See Sterling on the lake for a possible type treatment. Things we do not want - no beach motifs, no palms with sun behind, no modern sans serif fonts.
