The target audience

The target audience is both landlords and college aged students.

We like these fonts, colors and style

I don't have many specifics in mind, in fact I would like to see what the individual designers come up through their vision/thought process. The website, like other tech startups, is modern. Fitting with the design of the website, I do think something simple would work best. By this I mean a nice font (or 2), and a small symbol incorporated that would symbolize what the website does. The background color where the logo will be located is 38AAD9. Thank you and I look forward to seeing the entries.
