The target audience
Middle-to-high class individuals who can invest a minimum of $2,000 in a real estate investment trust, for the ultimate goal of receiving financial yields of 8-15% on their principle. Probably mainly middle aged white males, but the company is run by a younger team (all under 40), and we'd like to target a younger crowd of new investors as well.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Logo should incorporate a real estate or long term investment theme. Logo should include "Lawrence Ricter & Blackwood Investments" under it, and could incorporate the 3 initials(LRB) in the image, or not. We'd like to see some designs with and some without the initials incorporated into the image.
We're open to different colors, but want 1 main color (Such as Blue(s)) and no more than 3 secondary colors (Such as Orange, and possibly Red). Secondary colors should be used sparingly. The colors mentioned are examples, we're not set on specific ones.
Logo should go well on a white background(as we plan to use it on envelopes and letterhead) or dark background (such as we might have on our website).
