The target audience
The target audience for the logo ranges from small business owners to IT directors of mid sized companies. Age range is probably 30 to 50, 70% male and 30% female, education level is probably college graduate, industries vary.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I like designs that are clean and don't lose their identity when converted to b/w. The font should not be too scripty and the colors should not be on the pastel side. Not a big fan of the ying/yang symbol either, but maybe I'll be surprised. Otherwise, I'd like to leave the initial creativity up to you.
