The target audience
Heavy equipment such as mining, trucking, off-road 4x4 machines, marine, work trucks, automotive industry (cars and pickups).
We like these fonts, colors and style
Bold print, black, orange, yellow, white, red.
Led lights give off white light, unlike normal lights that are yellow lighting.
It may be nice to try create a white glow
The design may have:
NightRider LEDs (larger print)
FACTORY DIRECT LED LIGHTS (smaller print under neath)
We would like the logo to also have an additional abbreviation in a oval,or emblem:
NR in large font and LEDs in smaller font.

The logo will be used as a png often, so white or no background will be best
It may be nice to use a bulb line for underlining. see attached pic
