What we do
Correct Fitness Systems is an Online Fitness and Health training service. Clients register and are matched with a Coach, they then submit their fitness and health related goals and our coaches design a fitness program and nutritional guide for them to follow to achieve their goals. Every two weeks clients receive a conference call with their coach to track progress and they have email access to their coach at all times. Clients programs are designed to be simple to follow, they log in and can see what exercises they have to do with video links to demonstration videos, as well as how many sets, repetitions, and how long they need to rest between exercises. All of our coaches hold Master's Degrees in Exercise Physiology and are the most highly qualified in the field.

The target audience
Personal Training is expensive, and there are not always qualified trainers in your area that hold the credentials, qualifications, and scientific knowledge base to accelerate you to your fitness goals. With CFS your coach holds all 3 and is sure to stick with you every step of the way to achieve your goals and take you through your fitness journey
Prices are: $300 for individuals, $500 for couples, $600 for a group of Three... income of clients should reflect ability to afford this.
