What we do
Athena-ISR (Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance) is a company that provides services to the governments and private companies helping th design and monitor networks that are important to them. We are looking for a logo that shows the owl used by Athena in Greek Mythology to survey the battlefield. We want to the owl to appear ready for battle either with a helmet and perhaps armor.

3. Sleek/sharp lines
The target audience
The target audience is government officials and private company executives who need to view us as professional and branded. We want the logo of the owl with the helmet/armor to stand on its own with or without the name.
We like these fonts, colors and style
That being said the owl is important and I think these are a clean and easy to print on stickers or polo shirts which is important for what I do.

Last thought, what I'm thinking is the logo is an owl with the spartan helmet sitting on top of its head because that Greek/Spartan connection is important. Also, the company can/will be called Athena for short, so if you don't work in ISR to the logo that is ok,
But if it works that would be nice too.

k, so why Athena? Athena is the goddess of war. The goddess of the strategy of war. She always wore a Spartan helmet on her head, not over her face but on top of her head.

In Greek mythology she had and owl that she used to survey the battlefield. It is a prefect for what we do.
My vision for the company is to brand it with a logo that doesn't need the words Athena-ISR. But I want a nice look for those words so they can be part of the logo. So something like this were the symbol could be removed from the words or added back easily.
