What we do
A Caribbean Cafe/Bar/Restaurant. European/US type cafe during the day but also offering beers and cocktails. A more sophisticated evening look. Very good quality locally sourced food. Friendly, warm and relaxed. Modern contemporary menus.
We are a waterside restaurant/bar based in Grenada, Caribbean. We are about to develop the business and introduce the cafe bar culture during the day, so really quality Barista prepared coffee. Breakfast, eat in and take away, promote the morning coffee/cake. Quality teas. Lunch will be again eat in or take away. We will still be offering beers and quality cocktails from our 2nd bar in the restaurant.

We are just 5 minutes from a University specialising in Medical and Veterinary studies, mainly US students but from many ethnic backgrounds.
Local Grenadans who are wealthy and like quality and sophistication
Holiday makers who need to be lured from all inclusive hotels

We like these fonts, colors and style
We are changing the name of the current restaurant from De Big Fish to Calico Jack. He was a Caribbean Pirate but we dont want it to be "a pirate logo"
We would like it to perhaps be a label or badge so it could be used to market our product It should be contemporary and modern but we are really open minded as a classic 1800s look could reflect the name well. We would like something that could be put onto our local taxis, which are 8 seater cars. Something that looks good on a sign, noticeable.
We would like a cream/dark brown with ideally some Aquamarine. Our bar will be painted in a cream that is on the Sherwin Williams Colour card with Java as the darkest colour. Our awning will be in a classic aquamarine which is called aquarium on the sherwin colour card.
