The target audience
We are trying to market ourselves to home buyers and sellers in a competitive real estate market. We have a lot of transplants from the north. Charleston has a big second home population at the same time we have a lot of first time home buyers
We like these fonts, colors and style
Black, Garnet, Gold, White, We are an LLC under a large brokerage called Brand Name. You can see their basic logo on our site, but since their logo has to be located somewhere on our print using same color pallet is probably best, but I am open and want something creative. Check us out on our site and on FB. My profile and company description are pretty good. I am young guy (32) I have been in the business for 10 years, My agents are seasoned and we are wanting to present ourselves as the new face of real estate. 95% of buyers start their search online. We want our clients to know we are experienced, informative and up to date with technology. Overall wanting to express that we are at the forefront of the change occurring in real estate. Real Estate is changing and old school doesn't work any more.
