The target audience
Well educated, wealthy investors and institutions that are looking to invest in real estate. Primarily men between the ages of 35-60. Other investors who would normally invest in other financial instruments such as bonds and stocks, invest in hedge funds and private equity funds.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Font: Traditional, Established
Colors: Should go well with an off-white or cream colored background.
Style: Traditional, similar to investment firm logos. We want the name to be in the logo.

As Xerxes is an ancient emperor of Persia and whose symbol was a lion, we would like to see some logos that have a Lion's head or lion incorporated into them. We would like the logo, though to still look professional and corporate. We definitely do not want the logo or the graphics to look anything like a cartoon though.
The key is for it to look professional, powerful and established.
