As a young company looking to compete with the much more powerful companies, I must project a balance of innovation but also tradition. The logo should almost have a 'presidential' feel to it. An investor can't feel this another 'dot-com' style company in which they may lose their investment in.

Small to medium sized business owners that are looking to create or update their web presence from a simple brochure website, to an interactive, e-commerce, "smart" website = think Web 2.0. Demographics - Age: 25-65, Sex: M/F, Location: local upstate SC USA, Income: 50k-200k, Business Revenue: 500k+, Occupation: business owner, Education: high school grad to college grad, Industry: retail, manufacturing, reseller

I would like a simple design that works well on all media, web, print, shirts, signs, etc. (no TV).

avoid any type of clipart - this needs to be original
don't go for the light bulb or finger snap look
Portray the sense of a customer finally realizing a concept in they had in mind on a website in both the technical and design aspects - like a light bulb coming on in your head.
think of gourmet food, a classical music performance, a fine art masterpiece, a fine wine, (sophisticated stuff) meets a greasy burger, Bob Marley, graffiti, and beer (cool stuff)
the graphic of the logo should be able to stand on it's own with variations using "LogicSnap" with and without the "inspiration realized" slogan
