i'd like a one color logo.
capital or normal letter : as you want
Could be the company name and an element suggesting "IT comapny" or just the name,

the draft i attached is really a first idea, so you can suggest anything really different...
i find it not bad but too smooth .
maybe adding an element to counter balance this "rigour" can be a lead..
