NACDD is a federally-funded non-profit that works with State Health Departments. NACDD provides advocacy, professional development, and technical support for those divisions working within the areas of chronic disease.
Our 25th anniversary is approaching, and we'd like to make a special anniversary edition logo.

The American Cancer Society's 100th Anniversary logo is a good example of what we're looking for. Must use our logo and incorporate "25 Years" OR "25th Anniversary" OR "25 Years of Public Health," etc.
