The target audience
Target audience are buyers and sellers looking for professional real estate services in buying and/or selling homes. Primarily our business is residential real estate, however we also have corporate business clients as well as non-profit clients whom we have helped find commercial lease space. We need to appeal to both the first time home buyers ages 23+ as well as to the experienced buyers/sellers (ages 40+) who may be purchasing or selling their 5th or 6th home. We work with a lot of relocation professionals who make corporate moves to Alaska. Majority of clients are college graduates, professionals.

We like these fonts, colors and style
We are independent contractors who hang ourl state license at Jack White Real Estate. Thinking of black and white design that provides both names as well as the MW. Please review our website at [Login to view URL] to get a good visual of they types of homes we sell and to view our team information as well as what clients say about us.

Our design will be used on
(Web)  (Print Media)  (Billboards & Signs)

Additional Info Added Sep 10, 2013
1. Mehner Weiser are two different people's last names, Bonnie Mehner and Bethany Weiser, a mother daughter team selling real estate in Anchorage Alaska.
2. The majority of the logos submitted thus far are too masculine. I would like to see some more color that coordinates with the broker logo that is included. We are not a corporate real estate company, we deal mostly with individuals buying and selling their personal or secondary homes. Real estate purchases of this nature tend to be emotional so we need to appeal more to that side.
