The target audience
We will be offering BBQ (mostly pulled pork) to youth sporting teams/clubs to be sold in their concession stands. Will also be catering small parties.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Like the idea of a pig(s) in the logo. Since we are going to specialize in youth sporting events, maybe a sports theme? Also, like the idea of having the smoker and/or flames in the logo (if done right). On a totally different look...was wondering about a "Goodfellas" theme (i.e. pun of movie poster??).

***#14 is the idea we are looking for.
***#11 is on the lines of what we are looking for. Would like to see more like this one. Also, another idea is maybe a logo with a plank of wood (to symbolize the smoking) with our name on it and maybe an outline of an actual pig (not cartoon pig)...
After speaking to my partner, we decided we want a simpler look (i.e. a 2D look vs 3D...so a flat design look with less color, beveling ....). Main goal would be to convey we are a BBQ catering company. Interested in seeing what everyone can come up with. Thanks!
