GC Realty is the main logo that we would like tied into Venture REI logo attached, as they are the brokerage and have to be disclosed on all marketing pieces. Also GC Realty is going to be dominating factor of the logo.

There needs to be 2 logos incorporated into 1. GC Realty Group is brokered through a main company, VENTURE REI (which their logo is attached) Color Scheme to be similar and the VENTURE REI is to be incorporated smaller than the MAIN LOGO for GC REALTY GROUP.
**Note Changes**
- The word "Az" is being changed to "Group"
-in smaller wording under GC REALTY GROUP needs to read: Brokered by (VENTURE REI LOGO)
- "Brokered By" needs to be small/subtle but visible, it does not need to stand out.
