What we do
American Bar&Grill with Micro Brewery. The focus will be on the beer and music with good food and attractive staff.
We are from Detroit/New York but will open the property in China. We don’t want a star spangled banner or big red flag in the logo but it can have a red star. We like symbolism but it needs to be subtle.
The property may look Industrial or old Town USA (tavern-ish). We will try to lean away from the European Pub/German Beer Garden theme.
Rock City might be similar to a HardRock Café, if it was a brewery who’s beer was promoted by Victoria's Secret. Our staff will be affectionately call "the rock city angels".

The target audience
20-40, Men & Women, China/Chinese, mid-upper class college grades, They typically drive Audio/BMW/VW cars but we would like to convince them to buy Detroit motor.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We need to print the logo on glasses, plates, napkins. We like color but it should be possible to print in 1 or 2 colors and still look good. We like simple.
We don't want to commit to a tag description. We would like to keep a space flexible for adding a city name or Brewery or Bar&grill or Tavern or even Pizza Joint

Originally we thought 1 or 2 colors was enough but having 3 also looks good. Don't let this limit you. Music is key. "Rock" music -hard, soft, country, punk. Your guys are all so talented!!! Thanks!!
