We are a mobile food truck business serving "science forward food" with an Asian influence all over the island of Kaua'i. Our client base is definitely a foodie at heart, local and tourist alike enjoy our gourmet spin on your average diner food. We use fresh, local and organic items. Our owner is a self taught chef with a background in biology and has been a local farmer on the North Shore of Kaua'i for the last 10 years.

The target audience
Any aged local or tourist that can appreciate unique, great tasting food in a tropical setting.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Clean, crisp lines. We are open to any color scheme. We have thought about a science like items as an influence in our advertising (IE: Using the K from the periodic table in the name Kickshaws) but we're aren't married it. All of our menu items includes all 5 senses of flavor ( Salty, Sweet, Bitter, Sour and Umami) Umami is the 5th flavor sense represented by Glutamic Acid. We have attached a copy of our menu as well as several science items to inspire you!
