What we do
We are a new home builder and have decided to add another line of homes to our portfolio. We had: 1. Custom 2. Signature (high end homes with high end finishes) 3. Spark by Artisan (spec houses with set palettes and basic floorplans). We are now adding Ice by Artisan which will be contemporary styled interior and exterior finishes (flat roof). Customers will still be choosing from a few plans and colour palettes.

The target audience
Target audience is a family looking at their second or third home. They like to modern look (ie. glass and metal finishes, straight lines, hard edges, large windows, etc). The homes are pricier than a normal starter home due to the finishes. House hold income would be approximately $120,000 and have more in disposable income. They are willing to spend money on style and appearances.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Logo will be white on black but will also be black on white - must look good both ways. Something more staccato, clean, neat lines but oozes style. Our Spark font is too simplistic/basic. ICE is the brand/series. We will also need it to say "by Artisan" in the bottom right corner with the artisan logo - like our Spark logo and the Signature logo. Less sophisticated than the Signature logo.
