We like these fonts, colors and style

Trees, maybe roots, possibly one or two leaves in gold, very simple yet sophisticated.. Possibly a water or wave symbol to incorporate the "bay". Capitalize the B and T as one word. Possibly have the " wealth management " in different lettering.
