We like these fonts, colors and style

Needs to have "South Texas flare/style", I have attached a logo that I drew by hand. I would like it to have "The Hunting Camp" around the top half and "EST. 2003" around the bottom half like the attachment shows. Also, I would like the shotguns (no rifles, just shotguns) to be crossed like the attachment shows as well. Then Please try to find a way to incorporate a quail, bird dog, dove, bottle of booze.
