The State of Illinois is behind in paying its bills, and owes billions to vendors, local governments and other entities, who are faced with having to wait months to get paid. The long payment delays cause cash flow problems
Illinois Financing Partners ('IFP') will provide immediate financing to Illinois businesses, local governments and other entitities that are owed money by the state. We will do this by purchasing their Illinois State receivables, advancing them 90% immediately, and the balance as we are paid by the state. The State will pay our interest charges, making the program free to use for those who choose to participate
