The company is a digital marketing company that uses photography to market a local business. We offer photo marketing services in the "digital" niche of social media, web 2.0, and google plus. Google Business Photos is a primary product we offer (virtual tours of businesses on Google Maps). See [Login to view URL] for details. We're Google certified.

As such, I want the logo to have a googley hint of flavors to it, but not to be overly similar to the Google brand as to look like a knockoff. We shoot modern photos for businesses for their google plus pages and we simple local digital marketing through google.

Target audience is marketing directors and executive level decision makers at small to medium sized businesses. I will especially engage with modern thinkers, people who engage heavily with Web 2.0, Social Media, and progressive marketing efforts.

Target industries include marketing agencies, spas, high end car dealers, country clubs, as well as mom & pop stores, cigar shops, and dentists/chiropractors, so a very wide range.

I like simple, catchy, modern. Also, I really like red. Here are some designs I like:

I like this logo: [Login to view URL] because it's red, it really pops off the page, and it's multi-dimensional. I'd rather it had some hint of camera, lens, tours, or something - but not overly concerned with shapes. If it's just text that's ok - like this one. but if you have an idea on how to incorporate a virtual tour concept into the image that's cool too.

I really like the look of this ID badge that google gave me (mine is similar, this is not actually me): [Login to view URL] - the look of the four strong colors on the edge of a silvery steely background seems really cool to me.
