What we do

I am a former U.S. Marine and current personal trainer that coaches people on healthier lifestyles and overall fitness. I run a fitness facility and instruct an outdoor (you will get dirty) boot camp focusing on agility, speed, strength, power & endurance. I utilize TRX, kettle bells, tractor tires, sand bags, battle ropes, sledge hammers, dumbells & chains.

Can anyone think of something in a circular design representing full circle training. More colors would be awesome! Six hours left, can anyone think of anything besides chains and tires??
