The target audience
The product will not only be sold to restaurants but to retail stores as well. The logo will be part of the packaging that you typically see on other mozzarella products. The container will most likely be white.
The audience are those individuals that are attracted to a unique product, something produced locally rather than imported from europe who are willing to command a premium for something produced by hand in a local farm.
SEx: Male and Female
Age: 30 to 50
Lifestyle: Willing to try new products, willing to pay a premium for something unique.
We like these fonts, colors and style
1. Ideally since the product generated from italy, please use green, read and white. The lettering can be black to stand out.
2. Having a WATER Bufalo head part of the logo would be nice but not key.
3.Also experiment with a Mozzarella di Bufala ball that is open with some ingredients as well
