What we do
1. Our organization purchases Multi-Family Properties, by bringing in investors-partners.
2. We do specialize in Management.
So, as part of the Property purchase syndication, we do invest in the property as well (to a certain percentage), and we manage them after the purchase (i would say it's a little-bit similar to some kind of a REIT organization).
3. Other kind of Properties (like: Commercial), we do look into, and we sometimes broker them. But this is not our main focus.
In 1 word, our Organization is a destination for people (although we mostly deal with people from our Community only) who wants to invest in Multi- Family Properties, and don't have the experience and time to deal with it. By investing with us they have the same benefits of investing with the REIT organizations, and are avoiding of paying these high cuts of the profits to the above.

I would like to have the M (from Mundev) designed into a building/s.
The 2nd word of our name: Realties, should be under the 1st, with smaller size font, but stretched to the full length of the above line.

The 'M' should be a symbol. Put on it the main emphasis.
Also, the Buildings should have some bricks or windows on it.
