We like these fonts, colors and style
simple design. No girls/women (i work with religious schools, and attire may offend-so keep it out.)
I DON'T want a complicated logo.

Keep college graduation out of it. We mostly work with grades Pre k-8
We're a conservative company (in the sense of professionalism) not a patriotic company. We're not looking for a rendition of the American flag
we've noticed that a lot of the designers used college graduation hats in their designs, please DO NOT use those hats. about 90% of our income comes from grades pre-k to 12th grade.
I don't want a logo similar to
