What we do
I’m an Expert Motorcycle Roadracer, competing in regional and national races around the United States. I am fast enough to make the jump to AMA Pro Racing so professionalism is very important to me.
I am looking for a logo that will be used to attract and advertise for sponsors. The logo will help me promote myself and create my own brand. This will be placed on my motorcycle, shirts, banners, truck, trailer, etc.

Things to communicate through the design

The target audience
The target audience is the racing community. All ages but mainly 20-60, a much higher percentage of males. I live in michigan, and travel about 10,000 miles per season racing in many states. Financially, racing is extremely expensive so I'm targeting upper class, and middle class. Typically the type of people who are able to help me are business owners and multi-business owners. While not everyone in this industry has a college degree, there are many smart self taught people. Industry: mechanics, parts distributers, camera companies. Think of any racing series, any type of business from Tide, to Red Bull sponsor racing.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I want people to know what type of motorcycle I race. I do NOT race drag strips, dirt bikes, oval tracks, horses, etc. The brand of bike isn't necessary in the logo but for reference I ride a 2009 Kawasaki ZX-6R. The pro motos attached picture has an image of a motorcycle similar to mine. If you decide to use an image like this, please do NOT include things like mirrors, taillights, headlights, license plates. My race number is #20.
My last name is spelled Swahn, so my nickname is Swan. I think it would look cool if you somehow integrated the feather look in the attached "P" picture. I do NOT want an actual swan in the picture.
I'm pretty open as far as color and font style. A style I have used in the past is attached below in a poster I made at the end of last season. I like the Eric Swahn Racing font, but like I said have fun with it.
Also below is a picture of my sponsorship proposal with my current Expert white plates #20 and my winnings from that weekend.
I had an idea for the S in ESR. I was thinking of putting red and white rumble strips on the inside of the S as if it was a part of the race track.
