What we do
You will be creating a logo that will be represent a team of made of professional athletes and amateurs, which will be competing at international level.

Our organization was founded in 1988, it has grown mostly in Europe to 5000 athlets, which 700 are actively participating in triathlons and about 100 of them travel around the world competing. The concept of the team is to bring worldwide unity of the triathlon sport under one flag/team. We want to have a worldwide spread of brand recognition for the sponsors and for the team as well as common international community. Sports seem to be the only venue where race, culture, color of skin, religion or political believes do not matter.

As the Team grows, members will be able to look up any race events worldwide and see a member of their team competing, in addition you will have pros as well in the same team. Members will be able to travel the world and most likely find a member of their team that they could join in training or even welcome them to their hometown. The sport of triathlon is beautiful and challenging at the same time, the ability to compete around the world is a key feature of it. Ironman has been able to grow on this, an Ironman happens next door or around the world at the same time. Iroman participants have a natural connection with each other, we want to take this one step further and create the world larges triathlon team. At task that is a challenge by itself but this is the main reason why we are building this team for the long term.

The team will also have a development part for the growth of our sport, via scholarships, training, clinics and resources for the less privilege, in order to maintain its long term life and reputation by reaching out via associations with philanthropic organizations.

The target audience
Our target audience is the triathlon world, see links below for detail information. Age group between 30 to 50, male and Female, well educated and fluent financially. Worldwide nationalities.

Logo will be part of our marketing strategy to seek out sponsors.
Brands that we are attracting for sponsorship variate from Financial institutions, ITT companies, energy like gas or electric. Besides we have equipment sponsors, running shoes like K-swiss, to bikes manufactures like Orbea or Pinarello.

This Sponsors will benefit from exposure to the participants that take part at the ironman events.

We like these fonts, colors and style
Design should work both on light and dark backgrounds, no 3D, gradients are allowed, should work on printed and embroider formats, PSD and IA formats needed

Fonts could be modern but easy to read, the font could have a flair of tradition or heritage but modern.

Logo should be able to be broken in 2 if needed see attached images of previous name/logo.
Like Nike logo and Adidas, Apple...etc

Colors to use Red, Black, white, and reverse for light or dark backgrounds

Apart from the team's name it should contain:
- number 88 (small) as a reference to the year of the team's creation
- words TRIATHLON TEAM
