Pink Purse is a fresh (and somewhat edgy), energetic company that helps women plan their businesses in a lively, motivating and engaging environment. To put it succinctly - Pink Purse offers hip and fresh venture services for women. (I would even love to see those words on the tagline in some of your revs). To give you more concreteness to our core, our seminars are entitled "Your business plan is like a bra...it supports your every move."

We also have a non-profit arm of the business, where we act as investement angels (giving start-up grants) to women with all proceeds from businesses that succeed going back into the non-profit. The logo must be flexible enough to mesh with our non-profit half. I see adding a halo (or angel's wings) to our primary logo, to signify the 'angel' in our non-profit.

The long term goal of Pink Purse is be a hero to millions of women business owners because we helped them turn their dream into reality.

I want this logo to communicate our freshness & hipness, without being trendy. I want to communicate that we're very professional, but still have a sense of humor. And lastly I want the logo to communicate to women that they've come to the right place to achieve their wildest dreams.

Our primary difference from these organizations is that we provide hands-on workshops for women to write their business plans.

I'd like to see variations of the logo using "Pink Purse", "Pink Purse Ventures", and "Pink Purse, Hip & Fresh Venture Services for Women". You obviously don't need to create iterations of all the above. If you're logo only works with the words "Pink Purse"...great!
