1. Representation of the Greater Denver Area vs. all of Colorado as our name currently implies.
2. A powerful, professional presence.
3. Strong affiliation with our national organization, SHRM by implementation of their logo within our new branding and name.
The target audience
All aspiring and practicing HR professionals as well as our much valued service providers that include law firms, benefit brokers, insurance agents, training professionals, temporary agencies, placement firms, recruiting companies, and very importantly companies too small to have a full HR staff that might need periodic guidance.

We must use the colors SHRM has (two shades of blue) and we would like to potentially add a third color that represents Colorado well, maybe a yellow or an orange? Use of a Denver scape and mountain range would be ideal.
