What we do
I run a private investment fund that targets the real estate industry. I use the money in my fund to provide financing to real estate investors. My company takes advantage of the banking crisis. Real estate investors are having a very hard time financing their projects through banks. I am the money man that funds projects.

The target audience
Private individuals who want to step outside the stock market to make an above average rate of return. They need a desire to take advantage of the opportunity that exists in the real estate market - There is a fire sale going on. They need to endure a small amount of risk. My investors will most likely be in their late 30's or older. They will have a good paying job (at least $60,000 per year for the family). They will most likely be college educated.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The logo should be simple. I have a current logo that I like. But I'm looking for something that stands out better. If anyone is interested in getting a copy of it, I will provide it for review.
I'm not particular about the color choices, but they need to have the feeling of professionalism. The colors also need to speak class and sophistication. My business cards will be silk laminated for an extra touch of class that will make them unique. I am artistically challenged, so I probably won't know what I want until I see it.
I would also like to have the winner of my contest help me layout my business card and letterhead for the printer. I would be happy to pay an additional fee for that service.
