What we do
Shaved ice is a traditionally a Taiwanese dessert with shavings of flavored ice block to produce a ribbon like texture with light and creamy taste (see attached image). The flavors range from the traditional green tea, mango, sesame to new twists of pomegranate, mojito, caramel, etc……. It will be served with a variety of toppings as well.
We are launching this as a new frozen dessert for the mass market with a hip and cool vibe.

The target audience
Anyone with any age group and income level can enjoy shaved ice. But it certainly has an upbeat, new, refreshing, fun and healthy attitude about it.

We like modern sleek designs and the color scheme will be incorporated into our interior design (see color pallet attached, certainly not limited to this limited panel).
